The Joplin Schools Foundation awards Excellence in Education grants to district educators and teams each year to encourage and support new educational approaches and concepts that are not currently funded by the district. Thank you for helping us support innovation and connection in our classrooms!

Any Joplin Schools educator may apply for an Excellence in Education Grant. Grants may be implemented district-wide, by individual schools, school departments, teachers, counselors, librarians, nurses, and other district educators. Collaboration among grade levels, subject areas, disciplines, and schools is encouraged; these teams may submit a group application.
