The mentor and protégé program is designed to provide new teachers with the extra support within their buildings and district to be successful in their first years as a classroom teacher.  The program is designed to help new teachers become reflective practitioners through the use of the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) continuous improvement cycle.
