When We Expect to See Students in Class:
- If they have a runny nose or a little cough but no other symptoms.
- If they are fever-free for 24 hours without using fever-reducing medicine.
- If they have had no vomiting or diarrhea for 24 hours
When We Expect Students to Stay Home:
- If they have a temperature of 100 degrees or higher, with or without medicine.
- If they have a persistent cough.
- If they are vomiting or experiencing diarrhea.
- If they have eyes that are pink and crusty.
- If they have been instructed by doctors to isolate from others.
Staying Home? Next Steps:
- Notify the school secretary or nurse by phone or through PowerSchool/ParentSquare by 9:00am if possible.
- Repeat this checklist every morning. We hope to see your student back soon.
- Bring a doctor’s note when your student returns, if possible.
