How We Communicate
Joplin Schools is committed to providing clear, relevant, and timely communication in support of classroom learning, student achievement, parent partnership, staff development, and good stewardship. In order to support those goals, we plan to communicate in the following ways.

ParentSquare will be used for all district, school, class, club, and team notifications and reminders, for parents and students. Register today!

Joplin Schools and each building will use Facebook to share celebrations, good news, and less frequently, important information.

Quarterly Newsletters
The Eagle Express newsletter will be shared via ParentSquare and on district socials quarterly for important updates, celebrations, and district news.

Board Meetings
Community comments are welcomed at all open session board meetings, and those wishing to address the board must complete a form prior to the deadline.

Building Websites
Check individual school building websites for detailed bell schedules, menus, staff directories, phone numbers, news updates, and social media links.

Annual Surveys
We send annual digital surveys to staff, parents, and students to gather valuable feedback and input to help guide future plans and problem-solving.
