Enrollment is now open for Summer School 2025!

Eagles,

It's time to enroll for Summer School 2025! Classes are available for students from PreK through 12th grades for a chance to boost academic skills for the coming school year and have a ton of fun along the way. Breakfast & lunch is free, bus service is available, field trips are offered for our K-8 students, and there will be lots of hands-on learning and career exploration options for all.


  • Current students (or incoming students who have already pre-registered for the 2025-26 academic year) will begin by clicking Forms in their PowerSchool Parent Portal, then clicking "Summer School 2025 Registration - Internal" and completing Summer School registration.
  • Students who are not currently enrolled in Joplin Schools will begin by completing the Summer School registration form. Additional steps may be outlined in a follow-up email.
Summer School will run from May 29-June 27, 2025. Daily hours are:
  • Elementary: 7:35am to 3:05pm
  • Middle: 8:20am to 3:40pm
  • High: 8:30am to 3:30pm
Locations are:
  • Joplin Early Childhood
  • Dover Hill Elementary
  • Irving Elementary
  • Soaring Heights Elementary
  • North Middle School
  • Duenweg Education Center
  • Joplin High School
